Care Plus Solutions, Inc. (CPS) a certified woman owned business is the nation's oldest provider of external Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Management Assistance Programs founded in 1973. Since that time we have extended our leadership into other areas, particularly Behavioral Risk Management, Disability Management, Employee Wellness, Work-life and Coaching Services. Clients receive direct access to care though their personal care manager. Human Resources and Managers receive immediate consultation on sensitive complex workplace issues. Our comprehensive yet flexible service offerings enable CPS to accommodate any type of business or budget.
