  • Employee Assistance and Management Assistance programs are our core business, not a mental health or health insurance system's secondary "add-on" service designed to direct patients toward their primary business or maximize profits in other ways.

  • We address behavioral health care and organizational development needs in an integrated way. We strive to balance excellence and quality with sensitivity and compassion.

Our mission is to provide quality care. Quality can be measured in a number of ways. Quality means patients improve while being treated in the least restrictive and cost effective treatment setting. This is achieved through our national network of licensed providers. Quality can also be equated with expertise and experience. All of our case managers have over 15 years of experience. Furthermore, CPS offers the most comprehensive treatment interventions by accompanying many treatment referrals with recommendations to cost effective and clinically sound services such as support groups and community based programs. We work hard within a difficult managed care environment to ensure rapid access to care within five business days. The principal objective is to improve productivity by providing quality personal service to employees and dependents.
