Managing Organizational Change & Workplace Transitions Instant Assist: Mergers/Acquisitions Cultural Change: CPS has coached numerous organizations through their transitioning periods. These interventions relate to a change in culture, downsizing, acquisitions, mergers and any other structural changes within the organization that may cause tension or conflicts in the workplace. CPS has provided coaching and training that assists organizations through these difficult transitions. CPS experts analyze the impact on employee motivation, productivity and the bottom line. Downsizing: CPS employs a professional staff who are highly trained and experienced in working with companies during transition periods and providing support during these stressful times. Our professionals are available by phone or onsite. EAP Account managers will assist Human Resources with planning and defusing. CPS professionals are available 24 hours a day to provide mangers with tools to handle transitions within their work environment. Counselors will help employees process the transition. Employees will continue to receive EAP services and counseling in order to provide support throughout their transition and COBRA period. |
