Management Assistance Program (MAP)

MAP:

Our Management Assistance Program (MAP) component enhances the EAP and contributes towards your organization's development. Decline in the employee's work performance or conduct can often become a difficult challenge for the supervisor. We meet with managers each year to discuss any current behavioral EAP/management concerns. This could include how to manage difficult employees, fitness for duty, anger management, substance abuse in the workplace, manager/employee relationships, coaching etc.

Additionally, Care Plus Solutions trains managers on how to use the EAP as an effective management tool. The EAP is cost effective in guiding supervisors through the referral process, reducing supervisory downtime, limiting liability and increasing productivity.

EAP account managers and counselors are available for management consultations either by phone or in person and are available during off-hours as well. Human Resource managers and/or line managers can receive an immediate phone consultation with business coaches who have over 15 years business and clinical experience on any employee issue facing a supervisor. This allows for immediate service, better decision making and rapid intervention.
