All of CPS case mangers are SAPs. CPS has provided SAP services to major organizations in industries such as transportation, government and utilities. CPS has a national network that can guide HR and managers on substance abuse interventions such as reasonable suspicion, fitness for duty and positive test results.

Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services for federal department of transportation (DOT) and other government regulated employees include:

• Evaluation written reports, compliance, return to work protocol, case follow-up defined by statute
• DOT training for supervisors
• SAP services for non-regulated/DOT cases
• All SAP counselors are trained and have satisfied regulatory requirements.
• Fitness for Duty Evaluations
