Robert Baldino, LCSW, CEAP, MBA, SAP: Robert Baldino is President and CEO of Care Plus Solutions, Inc. (CPS) a national behavioral health care firm specializing in providing employee assistance program consultation and training. The firm is the oldest in the nation. Mr. Baldino is a former Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank. He is a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and received his M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior with honors from the Hagan School of Business at Iona College. He has served as a field instructor with Rutgers, New York University and Wurzweiler Schools of Social Worker Mr. Baldino has chaired and participated on several committees and has received awards in business management, EAP, and the substance abuse field, including the 1999 New Jersey Psychological Association's "Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award" in conjunction with PSE&G's Work/Life programming. In 2004 ,CPS working in conjunction with its client-integrated team was awarded the "Corporate Health and Productivity Management" award by the Institute of Health and Productivity Management (IHPM). In 1996, he was appointed to Mayor Rudolph Guiliani's Task Force on Employee Assistance Programs and Substance Abuse. His clients include Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) of New Jersey, ITT, Fuji-Hunt as well as clients in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Baldino's experience also includes training, coaching and mentoring. He has been a guest speaker on various radio (WVOX of Westchester, WBLS) and television shows. Mr. Baldino has also presented to major corporations such as ITT , Associated Press, Fuji-Hunt, Public Service Electric and Gas, Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) and Society for Human Resources management (SHRM) of NYC and Long Island. He has written articles for Westchester Business Journal, USA Today, Mid-Atlantic Employer's Association, Union County Chamber of Commerce in New Jersey, and Regional Business Partnership of New Jersey. The topics he often speaks on include Employee Assistance Programs, Stress Management, Harassment, Violence in the Workplace prevention, Substance Abuse, Management training and Conflict Resolution. Thomas K. Conway, LCSW, ACSW, BCD, SAP Thomas Conway has experience with Employee Assistance Programs for over 20 years. He is a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Board Certified Diplomat, and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). He has worked as a clinician and psychiatric social worker for over 30 years. His experience, skills and knowledge in research, education, training, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation have been utilized as a clinician, administrator, consultant, educator and researcher. He has been with Care Plus Solutions for over 10 years as a senior clinical case manager. In addition to his MA in Counseling and his MSW in Clinical Social Work, Mr. Conway completed training at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. Grace E. Thompson, MBA, LCSW, CEAP, SPHR, SAP Grace Thompson has almost 20 years of management experience in the health care industry. She is a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). She received her MBA in Healthcare Administration. She was the director of Social Work at Memorial Hospital of Salem County as well as the Vice President of Human Resources at that same hospital. She has many professional affiliations and has been published in Clinical Performance & Quality Health Care. Alison Grant, LCSW, SAP Alison Grant began her professional life working in the field of Human Resources, including serving as Human Resource Manager of State Street Bank in the mid 80's. She is a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Her almost 15 years of clinical experience includes serving as Program Director at an out patient substance abuse agency. She also has a private psychotherapy practice in addition to her affiliation with Care Plus Solutions. She was an adjunct professor for New York University Ehrenkranz School of Social Work training clinicians in the field. Melvin Sandler, MSW, LCSW, CAS Mel Sandler is a highly respected clinician and author. His extensive clinical experience includes private psychotherapy practice, training, consultation and coaching. He is on the faculty of the Rutgers School of Alcohol and Drug Studies and was the Managing Director of the Institute for Counseling and Training with Janet Woititz and Associates from 1985-1994. He also has over 20 years of Employee Assistance Program experience. Mr. Sandler is a leader in the field of Executive Coaching and was instrumental in the development of Care Plus Solution's Executive Enhancement program. He is the author of may publications and presentations, including; Winning at Work: Breaking Free of Personal Traps to Find Success in the New Workplace with Muriel Gray, and Surviving the Crisis at Work with Janet Woititz. Karen M. Tressa Karen Tressa is a seasoned Executive Coach and Management Consultant with over twenty years experience working with individual and corporate clients. Karen brings to coaching an experience well grounded in understanding business and corporate problems, as well as an appreciation for personal and group dynamics. She is results-oriented with an extensive background in HR management, executive coaching, conflict resolution, career transition counseling and executive recruiting. For the past six years Karen has managed her own independent consulting practice, Executive Solutions Consulting Group, L.L.C, which serves large corporations, small businesses and entrepreneurs. Prior to founding Executive Solutions, Karen held the position of Director of Human Resources for one of the largest independent power producers in North America where she was responsible for all domestic and international HR activities worldwide. She also held various HR management positions at Citigroup, American Express and Mobil Oil. Karen's educational background includes a B.A. in Social Science from Stony Brook University; A.B.A. Certification from Adelphi University Lawyer's Assistant Program and 33 credits towards her MBA Winston George, MSW, LCSW, CEAP Winston George has over 20 years professional experience in the EAP field. He served as the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) Commissioner on Industry Standards and Certification. In addition to his extensive EAP experience he is a respected consultant in Diversity and Sensitivity Training and is considered an expert in Conflict Resolution in the Workplace. Mr. George has also won several awards in the addictions and EAP fields. Helen Hallinan Helen Hallinan started her career in Human Resources with Citibank in 1989 as an Orientation and Training Coordinator. She was also the Benefits Manager at Loral Electronics, an engineering firm in Westchester, NY. She has been with Care Plus Solutions, Inc for 10 years and handles the Administrative, Marketing and Client Training Programs. Jessica Hughes, MS, LMHC, LPC Jessica graduated from with her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Jessica is licensed in both New Jersey and New York State. Jessica has experience working with adults, children and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Previously Jessica provided intensive counseling, assessment services, developed treatment plans, and conducted therapeutic interventions using a wide range of treatment modalities with at risk families and children with DSM diagnosis at numerous organizations in Florida. Jessica also has experience conducting in depth psychosocial assessments, assisted in diagnosis and referral of clients to the appropriate services as this facility. Jessica has experience in testing, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in both community and outpatient settings. | ||
