Counseling

Care Plus Solutions’ clients, their employees, and their employees’ immediate family members have access to unlimited 24/7 toll-free Master’s level EAP Counselors, for telephonic consultation, assessments, referrals, telehealth services and case management services.

Sometimes, the way we usually cope with a particular issue or circumstance stops working. It may begin to affect our routine, our ability to perform at work, and our relationships. When this happens, it is important to recognize it and seek assistance.

The following are some of the issues that are commonly addressed in counseling. This list is not exhaustive.

  • Stress/Anxiety
  • Depression/Other Mood Disorders
  • Substance Use/Addiction
  • Behavioral Disorders
  • Family/Parenting Issues
  • Relationship/Marital Concerns
  • Domestic Violence/Abuse
  • Trauma
  • LGTBQIA Issues
  • Work/Life Balance
  • Grief, Loss, and Bereavement
  • Bullying/Harassment

It is our company policy that, when making a referral to a face-to-face provider, our EAP professionals contact our providers to guarantee schedule compatibility, and to ensure that they are experienced in working with the unique issues of the employee in need.

Furthermore, Care Plus Solutions’ providers are carefully vetted to ensure that they meet the highest standards of client service and clinical expertise. The vast majority of providers in our network are Master’s and Doctoral level practitioners in independent, private practice. However, our firm also works with group private practices and outpatient mental health organizations.
